Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

My father died in February. My brother was named executor of his will. We never got a chance to read the will, but my bother told me that my father had it in the will that he is to get extra money to pay off his house. He told me that he told my Dad that it wouldn't be right to do this. So he told everyone that he will pay the house off then refinance it and my sister and I can split that. We were all grieving at the time so to keep the peace we never really said anything and if that was my father's wishes, that was no problem. I live in Florida, my brother and sister both live in PA, so I really don't know what all is going on with this stuff. I thought about this and decided to get a copy of the will. It does not say anything like that in the will. It says that all properties are to be devided equally. Should I go to the attorney that handled the will or should i find a different lawyer to find out what is going on? The estate is to be in excess of 75,000 dollars and I have only recieved $500 dollars. How long does it usually take for any insurance moneys to come back?
