My father died with a mortgage on his condo I was named in the will but do not want this condo I want the bank to forclose on it am I responsable for the mortage payments I am not on the deed it was only in his name

You are not responsible for your dad's debts as long as you have not signed anything stating that you would be, ie - cosigned on the mortgage or credit cards etc. You may just walk away.
