Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Father died no will . Stepmother defrauded the estate even said i was dead . Lawyer i retained missrepresented my case. What do i do ?

report the lawyer to Florida Bar. Find another lawyer to probate the estate and one that will litigate to sue for fraud and misrepresentation against the stepmother.
