Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

My father and mother had a will wrote in 1983 here in Florida and last year my father passed away,,does my Mother need to the will rewrote since my dads name is still the will as a beneficiary if mom passed away first

Yes -It usually changes the survivor situation and the estate plan should be reviewed by a attorney because in most cases alot has happened since the original was written and now which is why it needs to be updated.
