My father was a non US citizen no US resident with an bank account in the US, he passed the way without leaving a will, he was divorced and I am the only child.
How can I withdraw the money in his bank account?

Need more information but you may have to go to his country of domicile to be appointed personal fiduciary.

If he had no beneficiary on the account, you likely need to probate an Estate locally or in his home country and get appointed to act as the representative for the Estate. There is a personal property distribution that may work, but you need legal help to determine if it will apply to you.
