Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

my father passed away Dec 8,2009. He did leave a will it was done a notary. He was divorced from my mother over 30 years ago and married to same witch until his death, We have an eighty acre farm that my brothers have worked their entire life , well according to this notarized piece of paper nobody gets any thing except for her. His name was Richard Vernon Morgan and the will is for Vernon R Morgan, we do not believe that our father would leave us nothing, not even one personal item. How do we find out if this is a real legal document or if she is try ing to pull something? Also I had my fathers FFA awards from when he was in High School also in 1960 he receiverd Outstanding Young Farmer of the Year Award which I also had . I placed these items in the office at the Farm ,his wife stole them from the office and now she will NOT return them she got everything my Daddy owned arent I even entitled to my things back? Thank You for your advice I need some help

Legally your father can exclude you and leave everything to his wife. However, if you fear foul play, then you should talk to an attorney about disputing the will. Good luck.

To add onto Mr. Epifanio's answer, the will may not have been executed correctly and could be nullified. You should be very diligent if you want to look in this matter because the time line to dispute a will is very short.
