Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
My father passed away in December 2015. He had told me he had a will and that my cousin as the executor. The will is or was in the possession of my stepmother who has told me that her attorney has it. She has not offered to have it read and is very secretive about it. What recourse do I have if any?
