Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
Father passed away in Deerfield Beach Florida approx 12 years ago. I was named as co-executor with my sister. Sister liquidated estate and refused to turn over records. I hired an attorney at the time but then was diagnosed with cancer and dropped case. I believe my sister embezzeled as much as $50.000 from the estate. My question is: With the passage of time, will the statute of limitations preclude me from taking any further legal action.
