Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
My father passed away and there is no estate. His house was in my fathers name and my brothers. He had a credit card. Who is responsible for this bill?

If there is no probate estate, nor either a joint owner or guarantor on the credit card, the debt goes unpaid. No one is liable, irrespective if the credit card company says so.
If they do, then ask them for written proof of who and how.
