Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

My father had passed away in Feb. My brother was given the power of attorney and executor of the will. I have not been able to read the will. There may be a possibility that he is abusing his privilege as power of attorney. Is there a way I can get a copy of the will without the power of attorney knowing and would he still have control of the money? Also can he use my father's credit cards for his personal use? Is there anyway I can find this out for sure?

A power of attorney is invalid after the person dies. He cannot use the credit card of the deceased. A will must be filed at the court house. If he has not, he can be compelled to do so.
