Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
My Father passed away and left no will.
The situation is as follows: My father was ill before he died and my older sister took care of him before his death. He put her on his bank account so she can pay his bills and etc. Well my problem arose when my father passed soon after and my sister took it upon herself to keep all of his money and assets. What can I do? Do i have a Legal matter on my hands?

You may have the right to contest his estate based on undue influence or fraud on the part of your sister. This can be costly and should not be pursued unless you are certain of the events and are prepared to spend the monies necessary.
I would strongly suggest that you consult an attorney to review your legal rights and obligations.
