Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

My father passed without a will. He has 2adult children including me and a house in foreclosure and a bunch of debt. He also has a car which wasnt paid off when I last heard about it. I live in fl my sister in nc. My aunt has power of attorney to handle his business and cleaned out his house and took the car to nc without my doing. She also took care of the burial. My dad was fl resident but my aunt had him transferred (sick with cancer in hospice) to nc while he was living. My aunt now called me asking me to sign a paper that I receive half of the value of the car but my sister wants to keep the car and not sell it. She says the court requires it to release the title to my sister. She says though I wont receive that said money since she wont sell the car. It doesnt sound right to me. She says the insurance paid his car off. What should I do. I dont want to inherit debt and have no interest in keeping the car. I would take money if I can but my aunt says if she sells the car the funeral costs get paid first and I wont get anything.
