Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Hi, if my father passed away without a will and owned a business that is still running today. I have 3 other siblings that now run and split everything among them and did not include me in the picture because I was 10 when my Father passed. They now said they need my signature for something and I dont know what it is for. I dont know what to do and would like the best advice

way too complicated to help you on this site. you were 10 at passing, how old are you now? the asset that would have been probated would have been your father's interest in the business unless there was some shareholder agreement that dealt with that. you need to hire an attorney.
