my father past away in Maryland they doing a probate I live in florida did not see him since the age of 11 he stop paying child support back them can I claim it now or is to late

You would not have a claim for child support, it would be a claim your mother had. If the child support was reduced to a judgment she would have a claim she can bring in the Estate.

You may also have some other claim to his Estate, but you would need to contact a Probate Attorney in Maryland to assist you. You should not delay in finding an attorney because there are usually deadlines for when things must be filed with the court.
