Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

My Father recently died leaving his third wife and me,one of his five sons, as co benificiaries as well as coadministrators of the trust that he had set up. Any and all personal as well as real property owned by him was enveloped in the trust. the distrobution was supposed to go 50/50 but I have discovered that isnt the case. With no advising me as to any reason for the inequitable distribution she has proceeded to "claim" most of the estate! I believe this to be a breach of trust which is an actionable offence. Please advise with any details you may be able to add on this. Thanks in advance.
