Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

My father recently passed away. I, along with my two adult brothers, were not notified. For years and until 3-4 weeks prior to his passing, I was his durable POA and executor of his will. During that time period, his long time companion (in a state not recognizing common law unions) and a biological child of my fathers, long ago adopted by others, arrranged a last minute new will while my father was hospitalized and dying. This biological/and adopted adult son was named new executor. When my father died, my brothers and I were not notified, Our father was buried without any obituary, death notice, or funeral. I discovered his passing a month later via an internet listing for social security death filings. We have filed motions to contest the will changes for personal representative. Can we sue our "half brother" for lack of death notification as well?
