Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

MY father recently passed away .MY brother sister and their friend moved into my fathers house the house was in my fathers name and was his homestead .My brother who is the p.r. does not want to sell the house right now because of the market he also does not want to title the property into the heirs names or apply for the homestead. I told him that i did not agree with him i thought the p.r has to do what is best for the estate and the heirs your thoughts

You are correct. The probate must proceed. As a beneficiary, you have the right to petition. Are they paying rent? Who is paying the expenses?
