Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
My father recently passed away in Florida. When he went into Hospice care, as his Power of Attorney, I went ahead and started completing his last wishes. I signed over one vehicle to a family member. I sold the second vehicle and split the money with my brother. Lastly, I signed to cash out his IRA's. He had requested I do that to pay any final expenses and then split the remaining balance with my brother. I was already the joint owner of both his savings and checking accounts. He didn't own any property and most ot the furnishings went to a family member. He did have a Will. Is it necessary for me to file for probate if there's really no estate to speak of?

No, as everyone else has said. If all assets are gone, then OK. Sorry for your loss. he would proud of you for accomplishing what he wanted.
