My Father recent;y pasted away and left everything to my sister and myself to be split 50 50 my sister has the death certificate and the will i have not received anything from the sell of his automobile or all of his tools and things what do i do to get my share of things?How do i approach this situation?

Your father's will must be filed in probate to transfer title to assets. You can contact the court to get a copy of the will that should have been filed. Then you can see if you were left everything 50/50. If she has not filed the will, you can compel her to do so. You may need legal representation. Regards,
Hire an attorney and get this estate probated before all your assets are gone. She will have to account to the court for the funds she received or the assets she sold and reimburse you for that share.
