Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

My father remarried (2 yrs ago) and is extremely wealthy. His new wife has a very low net worth. Before the wedding, he told me there is a prenuptial agreement. He descibed the agreement as two boats coming together and if there is divorce or death the two boats just pull apart and nothing changes hands between the two families. Lately his new wife has been very active in adding additions to 2 of his 3 houses. She is also being very strong about keeping me away from the houses. They are florida residents and I estimate the value of the homes at 11 million dollars combined.

Is there some reason she is making the changes to the homes to establish interest in them??? Or are there laws in florida that state if she proves she put her ( hard work and soul) into the homes she will get them when he passes away??

Thanks!

You need to obtain a copy of the agreement.

Agreed, and you should realize that the prenup does not control her actions while

they are still alive and married.
