Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

The father of my son passed away 2 years ago. He left no will, was never married, and my son is his only child. The sister of his father took his truck and gave it to her son. Doesn't my son get his truck and how do I go about retrieving it? Thank you very much.

You need to commence probate proceedings, have a personal representative appointed for the estate and demand return of the asset (truck). I am uncertain how she could transfer the title unless her name was on it.
