father and sons simultaneus death

my former husband dyes simultaneus with my two childrens. They were 16 and 14. he had properties in florida state. they dies in venezuela, and they were venezuelans. i want to know if i have rigths in theses properties.

Assuming there is a will, the property would go in accordance with the will. If there was no will, and he remarried, the property goes to his wife. If no wife, and he has other children, the property would go there. If he has no other children and no wife, I believe that the property goes to his parents.
