Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

My father had a will drawn up in 94 and the will specified that everything be divided among the three children equally. A insurance anuity was discovered with only two siblings listed as beneficiaries. Does the remaining sibling have claim to the anuity monies as specified in the will.

Probably not- but maybe an position could be taken that the beneficiaries the form was filled out incorrectly, etc. How much money is involved and was this discussed when the estate plan was drafted in 1994?
