My father passed away in January of this year. Lelft me in charge of will.My attorney advised me to keep up all the payments concering the mobile home my dad was buying. I have done so.Was told I would get all my money back when every thing was setteled. Well now last month was told need to send every one in the will forms to sighn asking them to to agree to let me get all my money back when all of this is over with. They all said they do not want any thing and do not want to have any thing to do with any of it. They refuse to sighn papers saying that. What can I do??? My attorney is not verry much help. I would never have made all the payments on the place if I had known I may not get my money back.
