Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

My fathers Will

My father passed away last year and this march it will be a year sense his death. My younger brother was appointed as the representative. In the will it states that me and my 3 my brothers

shall recieve 1 /4 of his estate. This march will be 1 year and I have recieved a few letters from the attoreny handling the will and 1 letter from the courts. I have not had contact with my brothers and we have grown apart sadly. I would like to know if there is a Statue of limitations in the state of Florida. There are 4 homes and appx. $200,000.00 in cash. also much assets. Please let me know if you can...

You need to retain Florida counsel to monitor this estate. There are time limitations involved.
