Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
Me and my fiance had lived together over 7 years.... He has passed away he did not have a will and his family wants to put me on the street is there anything I can do?

Unfortunately if you were not legally married nor have your name on the title to the house, then there is probably not much you can do. If you were living in the house and have your personal belongings, then they have to provide a certain amount of notice and/or initiate eviction proceedings. In any case, I recommend you consult with an attorney in the county where you live to fully review the details of your situation.
