Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

My fiance and I have been together for over 10 years, we lived together from 9/18 til his untimely death in 3/23; We were in the process of going through the motions of a will with the intent that all mine is his; his is mine. he has family that he was not close with and didnt help him and wished to not have a great deal of contact with. Our house is solely in my name- thank goodness; do I have any recourse to the monies in the estate? Or am I solely at there mercy to hopefully have them split it with me?

Sorry to say, Since you were not married, nor his beneficiary in a will, you have no rights to his estate.
