Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
I filed objection to the final accounting of my father's estate because the beneficiaries were not in receipt of any cash from the estate account and the attorney wanted me to concur to waive further accounting. I need to schedule hearing and would like to subpoena bank records because I unintentionally waived bond. How should I proceed?
