Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

In filing a Summary Administration, do I fill out anything in the Order Admitting Will to Probate, Order of Summary Administration, or Notice to Creditors? Or do I leave all that for the courts?

Also, as the petitioner and sole beneficiary, do I sign both places in the VERIFICATION fields?

Obtain forms for the Order and Notice to Creditors. As petitioner and beneficiary, you may sign in both places to verify the petition for summary administration.

You can't file a Summary Administration without an attorney. They would then fill out the forms.

You potentially file a Disposition without Administration is a few situations, and that does not require an attorney. Then the Clerk will assist you.
