How do I find out the beneficiary of a will

How do I find out the beneficiary of a will? My grandfather passed away leaving a beachhouse to supposibly to my father. However we do not know if his wife made any changes to the will, and my aunt's have "taken over" the house, going as far as changing the locks to prevent us from visiting it (no, they do not live there, only visit it on occassions, but sometimes up to a few months at a time). So my father has quit paying the taxes on it forcing them to. It was recommended to me by my great uncle to pull the will's and review them, but I have no idea where to start. Is there a statue of limitations involved? Thank you in advance.

Check the county courthouse of the county where your grandfather resided last. If they filed for probate it would have to be at that county courthouse in the probate division under your grandfather's name. If they filed his will it would be in his file.
