Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

Can not find executor of will.

I am listed in my uncles will, the executor lives in Paris and very old, we can't find her we don't know if she dead or in a home. We sent an overnight letter to her house one week ago We have all the information, will bankaccounts,his death certificate. How,what,where and when, do I go from here.

The probate process can still proceed even though you are unable to locate the executor. Certain provisions would have to be made on the court documents but the process can still move ahead. I assume your Uncle is still living and still competent. If so, merely have hime do another one. If not, the Alternate PR in Will can be appointed.
