Unless the person making the will is deceased, you are not entitled to inspect the will. If the person making the will is deceased, the Personal Representative (executor) is supposed to deposit the will with the Court in the county where the decedent last resided within 10 days. However, much of the time this doesn't happen, but checking with the local Court would be a good starting point.

You will be notified if you are named in the will to receive any benefits. If no notice, you are not named or the will has not been probated, likely because there are no assets. There are other reasons for no probate as well including failing to take appropriate steps to do it. You don't have any particular right to see a will.
