is it necessary for a florida attorney to prepare and sign a florida revocable trust for it to be valid in the state of florida...or can an out of state attorney prepare this trust for somebody who resides in the state of florida...

If the trust is properly prepared in any state, it is valid in Florida

You should not have the trust prepared by an out of state lawyer who is not licensed in Florida because only a licensed member of The Florida Bar can provide you advice on Florida laws.
