In Florida, brother dies. Has IRA worth c.$640k with named benefiary. Probate assets equal 500k, probate debts equal 650k. Can the courts or creditors tap the IRA for the extra 150k?

The IRA passes to the beneficiary outside the probate Estate. They cannot likely tap it for the extra probate debts.
