Florida: executive of will claims siblings must pay for any of deceased parents household assets that are wanted.

why would that be? If both parents are now deceased, there should be no debts that are the responsibility of the children or the surviving spouse since both parents are deceased. Why does the executive want money? Who paid to probate the estate.
