Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
Florida law regarding inheritance
Husband & wife live in Fl. Wife inherits Pa land, then dies without will. Wife has son. The land in question is jointly owned by said wife, a brother, and a sister.
Will the wife's 1/3 be divided between surviving brother & sister?
Will the land pass automatically to the son or surviving husband?

If owned jointly with right of survivorship, the brother ans sister own it all.

Actually, this would be resolved by Pennsylvania law and not Florida inasmuch as the land is located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. It will most likely depend on how the property was titled (i.e. joint tenants with right of survivorship or tenants in common).
