Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

florida probabe laws

Must all wills be probated in Florida? My mother recently died and she has some assets in only her name but her will provides that her three children should share equally in her estate which is valued around $90,000.

Where can I find the rules or laws of probate for the state of Florida??

If your mother died a resident of Florida with assets in florida you will need to probate her will. Florida statutes are available on line at www.leg.state.fl.us/citizen/documents/statutes. You can also link to Florida probate statutes through my web site www.flprobate.com. If you need any additional information please send me an e-mail.
