Depends on what you are filing.

For a Formal Administration I believe the filing fee is $436.00. However, there are other expenses, and I estimate costs around $750 in most cases. Summary Administration is less.
If you are talking about attorney fees, or accounting fees, that is something else than the probate court charges. Accounting fees are what the accountant charges. Attorney fees are provided by Florida Law, and it depends on the value of the estate. Between $100,000 and $1 million its 3% in Formal Adminstration. Hope this helps.
