Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
A Florida resident dies leaving a will. Even though there was a will, everything he owned was owned jointly with his wife except one small investment that has his wife as the beneficiary. Is there any need to probate the will?

No probate is necessary with the facts presented.
The will should be filed with the probate court.
