Will the state of Florida recognize a ''Will'' from Ohio which specifies a Florida real estate property to be passed on from a deceased person in Ohio to a family member who lives in Florida

I agree with the prior answer. I would only add that probate will be required in a Florida Court to change title to the Florida property.

If the will is validly executed (signed, witnesses, etc.), it will be recognized in Florida.
