Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
In florida do you have to wait till 90 days after the creditors are notified to file for Petition and Order Determining Protected Homestead. This is a estate mof my deceased moth. Can't this be filed right after letters of administration are issued?

Better practice is to allow creditor period to expire.
