where are Florida Wills recored or filed for public access?

Wills are not required to be filed. You can see a specific will that went to probate at the County Courthouse.

A Will is to be filed in the probate court in the county where the person resided, but only subsequent to their death. Then only those that are interested parties may be able to view it.
