Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

flp

My father died recently. He left a flp. My brother is the general partner with my three sisiters and me as limited partners. We each own 19.1% of the partnership. My brother never discussed with us tying up the flp to the year 2009, at the reuest of the existing attorney. He has not discussed the bank fees involved, his fees and the lawyer fees. He does not inform or copy us when he makes a decision. What are his responsibilites to us and If we wanted to terminate the arrangement earlier then the suggested year of 2009 can we, and if so how?
