Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
a friend of mine passed away in April 2012 i requested a copy of the will from the attorney because i was left money.. the will was a generic 5 page will spilling over into a trust. I have not been contacted by the execuator of the will, and the attorney has told me i am not allowed to see or recieve a copy of the trust even though i am in it. I know the execuator and do not trust that i will recieve the funds. am i allowed to see the trust if i am listed in it,

There should be a reading of the will and the amount left to you should be disclosed. No you are not entitled to look at the trust.
You are entitled to see the Will if you are provided for within it. Make a written request for the will. There are no executors in Florida, only Personal Representatives. This is a Florida case right?
