Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

a friend of mine passed away in April 2012 i requested a copy of the will from the attorney because i was left money.. the will was a generic 5 page will spilling over into a trust. I have not been contacted by the execuator of the will, and the attorney has told me i am not allowed to see or recieve a copy of the trust even though i am in it. I know the execuator and do not trust that i will recieve the funds. am i allowed to see the trust if i am listed in it,

There should be a reading of the will and the amount left to you should be disclosed. No you are not entitled to look at the trust.
