Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

A friend of mine's mother past away leaving some real property. He happen to be the only child. However there was know written last will and testiment. His uncle took upon himself to dispose of said property without his permission and pocketed the proceeds. Please advise him as to what can be done, how , who does he contact, and who can he get to represent him in this matter????

Unless the Uncle was on the title to the home, he could not have sold the property. The estate needs to be administered through the probate court in the county where the mother resided. Tell your friend to contact an attorney right away. Regards,
