Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
My friend is in a permanent living facility. She signed a will with attorney and witnesses present. However, she does not recall some of the details in the will. Can she request a copy via a written request?

A Written request should be made to the attorney for the original will. Unless she wants them to maintain the original and then she should request a copy.
