Gentleman passed away gave power of attorney to girlfriend and living will title to trailer and told her she could have all personel affects. Gentleman has no survivng family. Trailer park is telling her she cannot remove items from trailer including appliances can the park do this. The lot rent has not been paid for approx 2 months She was planning on selling trailer to cover funrel costs.

POA terminates at death. If she has title to trailer then the trailer is hers. Tell the park owner to butt out. You need to pay the lot rent otherwise the park can place a lien on the estate to cover the cost of lost rent. If yoiu are not probating the estate, you need to speak to a probate attorney to see what you can and can not do.
