Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
Good Morning,
My 18 year old son had an Irrevocable Trust set up for him by his father, to cover his college expenses. The trust is being administered by my son's estranged Grandfather - who I believe is dishonest and ill-intentioned. He is witholding necessary funds and causing an undue amount of stress for my son. As beneficiary, doesn't my son have a right to see a copy of the trust and to know how much is in it?
Also, does he have a right to try to replace his Grandfather as Trustee?

yes and yes. If you feel the grandfather is creating problems, then by all means sue for a replacement.
