Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida

My grandfather passed away in the 80's and passed on heir property to his two daughters which are both deceased. My mother had 4 living children and her sister did not have any. I have been paying the taxes since my grandfather passed. What are my rights to owning the property?

Seek some help from an attorney. If the property passed from grandpa to his daughters then they each received 1/2 interest. When each of them passed, their heirs would receive their interest. Your mother would have 4 heirs who split the 50%. The intestacy rights of the heirs for your mother's sister are within the statute. You may need to probate all three Estates to clear title. The fact that you have paid the taxes only gives you a lien right in the Estates and a claim against all other heirs.
