Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Florida
My grandfather willed a piece of property to me. He put it up for sale and did owner finance does that void the will?

It doesn't void the Will, but it can directly affect your bequest under it.
If he specifically Wills that piece to you, and he sells it before he dies, that bequest would lapse. Plus, you wouldn't get the mortgage he took back on it because that is not what the Will provided.
